Saturdays require a 100 ADULT minimum excluding January, February and March.
Optional Extras;
A dance floor may now be rented through Foxchase at $12.72 per section (three foot by three foot).
An average of 16 sections are used for the dance area. If the dance floor is to be used in the outside
pavilion it will be $14.84 per section.
"Canopy of Lights" ~$195.00 plus tax
The Chocolate Fountain. Melted Belgian chocolate flowing down from a fountain where your guests will skewer an assortment of foods to be coated. We can provide strawberries, pretzels, marshmallows, apple wedges, biscotti and bananas. An attendant will be stationed at the fountain for two hours of service.
For parties with 176-200 guests: $2.25pp plus tax & tip
For parties with 151-175 guests: $2.50pp plus tax & tip
For parties with 126-150 guests: $2.75pp plus tax & tip
Risers may be rented for your head table with a maximum of 12 people at the head table.
The risers are $42.40 per section and there is a minimum of two sections needed per four guests.
After five hours of reception time in the building, the price per hour is $150.00. A one hour minimum is required. Bartender and bar charges are additional.
The pavilion can also be used for the ceremony. At a maximum of 150 people, we will set it up for an additional cost of $395.00. It includes an aisle runner, microphone, podium, hanging plants and any table with tablecloths for the ceremony and rehearsal time.
Ivory chair covers may be rented at $2.50 each plus tax as well as a colored sash at $1.25 plus tax.
Both are available for the pavilion and Palmer Room chairs. You may use the chair covers & sash for both the ceremony and reception at a combined discount rate of $3.50 plus tax for each chair and $1.75 plus tax for each sash.
