Alcoholic Beverage Service and Pricing

Foxchase has the right to ask for photo I.D. of any individual before serving an alcoholic drink. Foxchase can refuse an alcoholic drink to any guest that appears intoxicated or not having proper I.D. to prove that they are at the age of 21 or older.

The bar is closed during dinner service for approximately 1/2 hour and will close 1/2 hour prior to the departure time of the reception for a maximum of 4 hours of service. No “Shots” will be permitted.

Foxchase will not allow any outside alcohol to be brought on to the premises.

Any guest(s) that acts in an inappropriate manner will be asked to leave the premises.

Option #1:Cash Bar

A cash bar is available at a $50.00 upfront charge to your contract. Mixed Drinks are $4.00 and Two Shot Drinks are $5.00.  Domestic Beer on tap $2.00 each. House brand Wine $3.00 per glass Drinks requiring a blender will not be made. Cash bars are not available to Wedding Receptions.  Prices include tax.

Option #2: Open Bar~(choose from the following)

Beer Service ~ Half Keg $150.00 ea. and Quarter Keg $100.00 ea. (Yuengling Lager, Coors, Coors Lite, Budweiser, Budweiser Lite, Miller Genuine Draft and Miller Lite ) Choice of two.

Sparkling Wine Service ~ For the toast choice of Martini & Rossi Asti Spumante, Cooks or André $1.50 pp. Sparkling Cider $1.25 pp.

Frozen Drink Service:  (2 gallon minimum) Pick two of the following: Pina Colada, Strawberry Daiquiri or Margarita Mix.  The drinks will be served in a 6 oz. glass, giving you a minimum of 21 drinks per gallon or 106 drinks per 5 gallons.  The cost per gallon is $42.00 which equals $2.00 per drink.  This price already includes gratuity.

Wine Service:
House ~ White, Blush & a Red from the bar $23.00 per 11/2 L. bottle serves approximately 10 glasses.

Premium Wines ~ Buehler (Napa) White Zinfandel 750 ml. $22.00 per btl, Forest Glen Cabernet Sauvignon 750 ml $27.00Forest Glen Chardonnay $25.00 and Forest Glen Merlot 750 ml. $24.00.

Premium Quality: Niebaum~Coppola Merlot 750 ml. $39.00
Niebaum~Coppola Diamond Chardonnay $38.00 and Cabernet Sauvignon 750 ml $39.00.

Wine Coolers: Bacardi 12 oz. bottles 24ct. $40.00 per case.  Flavors available: Bahama Mama, Fuzzier Navel, Pina Coloda, Strawberry Daiquri and Tropical Fruit Medley.

Mixed Drink Service ~ Premium and House brand liquors to be used; Vodka; Smirnoff, Absolut, Scotch; Dewars White Label Bourbon, Whiskey; Seagram’s VO, Windsor Canadian Supreme, Bourbon; Jim Beam, Whiskey; Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Black Label, Sweet & Dry Vermouth, Rum; Captain Morgan, Malibu Rum, Gin; Gibley’s, DeKuyper’s Schnapps; Peachtree, Cheri Beri Pucker. Mixers ~ Coke, Diet, Sprite, Tonic Water, Club Soda, Gingerale, Oranges, Limes, Lemons, Maraschino Cherries, Cocktail Onions and Olives, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, Sweet and Sour Mix.
The mixed drink service is $18.00 per person for 4 hours or $14.00 per person for 3 hours which also includes the House Wine service, Two kinds of Beer on tap and a champagne or sparkling wine toast.

18% gratuity will be added to all liquor prices.
