Only cakes offered by Rebecca are included in the price.
If Rebecca's Cake is not to be used subtract $1.50.
Cake fountain & flowers are NOT included from Rebecca's Heavenly Goodies.
Due to the concrete floor in the pavilion, we use clear and frosted plastic cups. A china plate for the entree and also silverware.
For the hor d'oeurves, salad and dessert, we use a clear plastic scrollware plate.
Forest green linen dinner napkins are used with the ivory table linens.
Optional Extras;
A dance floor may now be rented through Foxchase at $14.84 per section (three foot by three foot).
An average of 16 sections are used for the dance area.
Risers may be rented for your head table with a maximum of 12 people at the head table.
The risers are $42.40 per section and there is a minimum of two sections needed per four guests.
After five hours of reception time in the building, the price per hour is $150.00. A one hour minimum is required. Bartender and bar charges are additional.
The pavilion can also be used for the ceremony. At a maximum of 150 people, we will set it up for an additional cost of $395.00. It includes an aisle runner, microphone, podium, hanging plants and any table with tablecloths for the ceremony and rehearsal time.
Ivory chair covers may be rented at $2.50 each plus tax as well as a colored sash at $1.25 plus tax.
Green padded chairs may also be rented at $2.50 each plus tax.
